Message from our Minister

Welcome.

Many people today find themselves on a spiritual journey. If you are one of those people, we invited you to consider sharing that journey with us. Beacon United Church is a supportive and inclusive community of faith that provides a safe and welcoming place to explore and deepen your own spiritual journey. As an open and caring community made up of people with many different faith backgrounds, we choose to journey together sharing our strengths, our struggles, our ideas, our questions as well as our joy and our laughter. Should you decide to join us for worship or for any of the wide variety of activities offered by our Beacon Community, please trust that you will be welcomed just as you are.

We would love to share our journey with you.

Our Vision

We Strive to Serve God through an open community of Faith, Love, Peace, Truth, Justice & respect for all creation.

We are a Faith Based community that believe that there are many ways to serve and follow God and we are each called to find our own path. Beacon United Church strives to provide a supportive environment as we walk together helping one another along this journey.

As  an open community of faith all people are welcome to fully participate in every aspect of our church life regardless of age, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, ethnicity or religious background.

We are a peace and justice focused church and under God’s call as a call to reach out beyond ourselves to others within our community and around the world following the example of Christ.

We are committed to being environmentally responsible. We continue to seek new ways to decrease our environmental footprint and to promote and maintain care of our earth.
